These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VoltLister, including the website at voltlister.com, the desktop application, and all related services. By creating an account or using VoltLister, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use VoltLister.
VoltLister is a Windows desktop application that automates the creation of eBay listings from product photos. The service uses artificial intelligence to generate listing titles, descriptions, and pricing suggestions. VoltLister requires an active internet connection and a valid eBay seller account.
New accounts receive a free trial of 100 listings over 15 days. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, the service will be paused until you subscribe to a paid plan. Unused trial listings do not carry over to a paid plan.
Billing is processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Listing limits reset on your monthly billing anniversary. Unused listings do not roll over to the next month.
See our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: we offer a 7-day refund on first-time purchases if VoltLister does not work on your Windows system as described. Renewals and subsequent billing cycles are non-refundable.

VoltLister uses artificial intelligence to suggest listing titles, descriptions, and prices. These suggestions are generated automatically and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific item. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all listing content before publishing to eBay. VoltLister is not responsible for errors in AI-generated content or for listings that violate eBay's policies.
When you connect your eBay account, you authorize VoltLister to create and manage listings on your behalf using eBay's official API. You can revoke this authorization at any time from your eBay account settings. VoltLister is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay.
VoltLister and all its components — including the desktop application, website, branding, and underlying technology — are the exclusive property of VoltLister. Your use of the service does not grant you any ownership rights. You retain full ownership of the photos you upload and the listings you create.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. VoltLister may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoltLister's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. VoltLister is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost sales, or eBay account actions resulting from listings created with VoltLister.
You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without refund. Upon termination, your right to use VoltLister ends immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of VoltLister after that date constitutes acceptance.
