Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with VoltLister. This policy explains when we issue refunds and how to request one.

Free Trial First

VoltLister offers a 100-listing, 15-day free trial with no credit card required. We strongly encourage you to test the software thoroughly during your trial before subscribing. This is the best way to ensure VoltLister works for your setup before any payment is made.

When We Issue Refunds

✅ Eligible for a full refund

You are a first-time paying customer (never purchased VoltLister before)
You request a refund within 7 days of your first payment
VoltLister does not function as described on your supported devices (including the companion mobile workflow) and our support team was unable to resolve the issue

❌ Not eligible for a refund

Renewal charges (monthly or annual subscription renewals)
Requests made more than 7 days after payment
You changed your mind or no longer need the service
You exceeded your listing limit and want unused listings refunded
Issues caused by your eBay account (suspensions, policy violations, API limits)
Dissatisfaction with AI-generated listing content
Accounts that violated our Terms of Service

⚠️ Annual plans

Annual subscriptions are eligible for the same 7-day refund window for first-time purchases. After 7 days, annual plans are non-refundable. We recommend starting with a monthly plan if you are unsure about committing to a year.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@voltlister.com with:

Subject line: "Refund Request"
The email address associated with your VoltLister account
A brief description of the issue you experienced

We will respond within 2 business days. If approved, refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges. You will retain access to VoltLister until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund — refunds are only issued under the conditions above.
