End User License Agreement
1. License Grant
VoltLister grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the VoltLister desktop application ("Software") on one Windows computer that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use as an eBay reseller.
This license is contingent on maintaining an active VoltLister account in good standing (trial or paid subscription).
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the Software or any part of it
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code
- Rent, lease, lend, sublicense, or transfer the Software or this license to any third party
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software
- Use the Software on more than one computer simultaneously without written permission
- Use the Software to develop a competing product or service
3. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. VoltLister retains all ownership, title, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software, including all updates and modifications. This EULA grants you no rights other than the limited license described above.
4. Updates
VoltLister may release updates, patches, or new versions of the Software from time to time. Updates may be required to continue using the service. By using the Software, you consent to receiving updates. This EULA applies to all versions of the Software.
5. Internet Connectivity and Data
VoltLister requires an active internet connection to function. The Software communicates with VoltLister's servers and eBay's API to process photos and publish listings. By using the Software, you acknowledge that:
- Product photos are temporarily transmitted to our servers for AI processing
- Photos are deleted from our servers after the listing is generated
- Usage data (listings created, session activity) is transmitted to monitor plan limits

6. Windows SmartScreen and Firewall
Because VoltLister is distributed directly (not through the Microsoft Store), Windows may display a SmartScreen warning the first time you open the installer. This is a standard Windows behavior for software that has not yet built sufficient reputation with Microsoft's systems. The Software is safe to install. To proceed, click "More info" → "Run anyway".
Additionally, Windows Firewall will request permission for VoltLister to access the local network. This permission is required for your phone to connect to the app via the local WiFi network. Click "Allow access" when prompted.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. VOLTLISTER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.
VoltLister does not guarantee that AI-generated listing content will be accurate, complete, or compliant with eBay's policies. You are responsible for reviewing all listings before publishing.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOLTLISTER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR EBAY ACCOUNT ACTIONS. VOLTLISTER'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you violate any provision of this EULA or if your VoltLister subscription expires or is cancelled. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the Software. Sections 3, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.
10. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Entire Agreement
This EULA, together with VoltLister's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and VoltLister regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements.
